2 bunches baby turnips, roasted and cooled
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 bunch garlic scapes, chopped
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Blend roasted turnips with olive oil. Slowly add garlic scapes, maple syrup or honey salt and freshly ground pepper and sunflower seeds, if desired.
