1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons late-harvest sauvignon blanc
(balsamic vinegar may be substituted)
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh lavender
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until blended. Taste and adjust seasonings. Allow flavors some time to mingle.
Hi! I live in Victoria and have been to the lavender festival three times. I couldn’t go last year but want to this year. Will you still provide buses to get to the farms?
Hi Verdiansa, I’m glad you enjoy visiting Sequim! Nash’s doesn’t play much of a role in the lavender festivities since we don’t grow lavender ourselves (although we do carry many locally made lavender products in our farm store). For details about busing, it’s best to visit the Lavender Festival and Lavender Farm Faire websites. Hope you can make it this year!
